MANAGING CONFLICT- NAVIGATING THE ROUGH WATERS

 

Leaders will learn to identify the sources of conflict and their level of difficulty to resolve. This course will assess one's personal style of handling conflict and discuss a process and steps to conflict resolution.

  3. Learn and apply the six steps of a conflict resolution model

  4. Understand how different conflict-handling styles affect interpersonal and group dynamics
